CEO / President
With 27 years of extensive experience in commercial and industrial construction, Jeremy has built a robust career grounded in the skilled trades. The initial decade was dedicated to honing expertise as a welder/fabricator and process equipment millwright. He embarked on this professional journey in the softwood lumber industry, playing a pivotal role in high-speed upgrades within sawmills and planer mills throughout Western Canada.
Jeremy then expanded his skill set into the flourishing mining sector, contributing to significant projects for industry giants such as Teck, Ekati, Diavik, Anglo Saxon, and DeBeers. His diverse experience not only showcases Jeremy’s adaptability but also his commitment to excellence across various facets of the construction industry.
In 2018, Jeremy seized a remarkable opportunity to contribute to a billion-dollar food and beverage facility project for Champion Petfoods, marking the beginning of a fruitful five-year collaboration with a prominent US general contractor. Currently, he is engaged in his second billion-dollar facility, showcasing his capacity for managing large-scale endeavors.
For the past 15 years, since 2007, Jeremy has successfully owned and operated his own business, demonstrating a profound ability to lead teams, organize major projects, and execute work scopes efficiently while maintaining an outstanding safety record and delivering top-quality workmanship.
Away from the professional sphere, Jeremy is passionately involved in his children’s athletic pursuits, traveling the country to support them in high-level sports competitions. He also enjoys an active lifestyle, engaging in various sports such as hockey, baseball, and golf, and relishes the freedom of the open road on his motorcycle.
Director of Operations
Chad brings over 17 years of experience in the industrial construction industry. He holds a degree in Business Management from Southeastern Louisiana University and began his career in project controls, working alongside field superintendents to track progress and manage costs. His commitment and expertise quickly propelled him to Project Controls Manager on large-scale capital projects. After three years of successful project delivery, Chad was promoted to Project Manager, where he spent the next seven years building strong, trusted relationships with clients across the Gulf Coast.
Throughout his career, Chad has gained extensive experience across a wide variety of project types, including large and small capital projects, maintenance contracts, nested small-cap contracts, turnarounds, and turnkey general contracts. His technical expertise spans piping, mechanical systems, structural steel, light civil work, pre-engineered metal buildings, and soft crafts.
As an executive, Chad is passionate about building high-performing teams. He is known for recognizing individual strengths and positioning team members for success. A firm believer in leading by example, he focuses on resource optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings to drive value for clients.
Chad is deeply committed to both his work and his company. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. His family is actively involved in youth sports, and in his free time, Chad also enjoys golfing, fishing, and following LSU sports. A lifelong resident of South Louisiana, he currently resides in the Baton Rouge area.

With over 20 years in industrial construction, steel erection and structural restoration, Jarren brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership to every project. He has led teams and driven business growth across Canada and the United States, delivering projects for sectors including oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, and energy.
Jarren has overseen the full project lifecycle—from prospecting and estimating to scheduling and execution—ensuring every job meets scope, schedule, budget, and safety goals. Backed by certifications including ISNetworld, COR, Avetta, and CWB, I combine data-driven decision-making with hands-on field knowledge to create lasting client value.
His career spans leadership roles in operations, estimating, and business development, where I’ve secured high-value contracts, expanded market reach, and improved project profitability. Starting as a skilled labourer and rising to senior management, I understand construction from the ground up—allowing me to bridge the gap between the job site and the boardroom.
When he’s not immersed in projects, Jarren enjoys golfing, snowboarding, staying active at the gym, and relaxing by the beach.

Regional Manager Midwest
Tobias embarked on his professional journey in the metal and steel fabrication industry 26 years ago, quickly distinguishing himself in the field. Within the first four years, while specializing in welding and fabricating, he discovered and honed a strong sense of leadership and a commitment to quality. Tobias has successfully seen through the completion of large-scale projects, including bridge construction, high-rise structures, processing plants, and oil and gas upgrades, consistently adhering to all scheduled timelines.
In addition to his on-the-job achievements, Tobias has acquired a diverse range of qualifications. He holds multiple trade tickets encompassing welding, equipment operation, and crane operation. Furthermore, his dedication to continuous improvement is evident in his completion of leadership programs and business development courses, equipping him with a comprehensive skill set that extends beyond the workshop.
I am currently employed by the same company going 15 years and many more to go. Threw out my career I devolved myself to go up the ranks and successfully reached a regional manager position with taking pride of large responsibility. I have one great child in my life and ensuring that she has all he needs met is what drives the hard work ethic for me. On my spare time I enjoy camping, boating, fishing, and traveling. I’m currently looking forward to a new chapter and utilizing my skills in the warm weather of the USA.
Senior Site Manager
Tim brings over 25 years of diverse experience in the construction industry to his current role. His skill set spans from proficient equipment operation and maintenance to expert millwrighting and the installation of various types of machinery. Tim’s extensive knowledge and experience have been sharpened by his work on projects for notable companies such as West Fraser, Dunkley, Roseburg, and Louisiana Pacific, to name a few.
He has a particular expertise in designing and installing dust collection systems and has demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities, managing his peers and fellow co-workers to not only meet but often exceed critical project deadlines without compromising safety standards.
Holding a welding certification for over two decades, Tim’s skills have also been instrumental in numerous projects within food and beverage plants, wineries, and distilleries. Outside of his professional life, he is a father to two athletic and ambitious young adults. Tim’s hobbies often lead him outdoors or on travels, always with a fishing rod at the ready, reflecting his love for nature and adventure.
